"Finding someone honest and thorough is not always easy. I cannot tell you what a Godsend finding Levi was for some work needed to fix a leak on our roof. I called a few companies prior to contacting Levi through this ad on FB and we got one estimate from a company that has been in Knoxville for years. The quote they gave us was outrageous and having a similar issue at our prior home in NY, we knew they were ripping us off. Even the tech they sent to look at the roof thought it was a bit high. We had another company come by, no call, just showed up and it was obvious they didn't want to be there and couldn't be bothered with such a small job but still overcharged for what the job entailed. When Levi showed up and went over everything with my husband, doing a much more thorough evaluation of the roof and leak, including checking the attic for moisture, which nobody else did, he gave us various options depending on budget and a price to replace everything to fix the leak that was amazing. I'm not sure he realizes how much that helped us given the economy being what it is right now. We will use Levi for any and all repairs as well as a new roof when the time comes because we know we can trust him and he does a great job! Imagine, a human being...how wonderful! That being said, I couldn't recommend him any more highly. THIS is the company you want to work with if you want honesty and quality. Don't get ripped off by other overpriced companies.
